We are so delighted to host Sue Greenwood's
weekly
Yoga classes !
Your tutor, Sue Greenwood, is a fully insured and
fully qualified teacher of Kundalini Yoga,
having successfully completed all the requirements in the International Teacher Training Level One Programme.
Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as 'The Yoga of Awareness', and
has the potential to energise and empower as well as increase resilience in many ways.
Classes consist of warm ups, breath-work and physical exercises followed by relaxation and meditation.
Sue will assess levels of experience and any health issues.
The approximate class duration is 1 hour 15 minutes.
We recommend that participants don't eat for 2 hours before the session apart from a small snack such as a banana.
Please bring to each class...
- a mat to sit on,
- a cushion for padding,
- a blanket or shawl to cover yourself up during the relaxation and meditation,
- water to drink,
- loose clothing should be worn eg leggings and a t-shirt.
We will have a maximum of 12 people in our lovely large hall, so plenty space for each person.
