Come join us at The Loom Oakland for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Rest & Renew: Mid-Year Reset event! This in-person gathering is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reflect, and refocus halfway through the year.

Take a sacred pause and reset your nervous system with this deeply restorative offering. Led by experienced teacher Laura Moir (E-RYT200, YACEP), Rest & Renew is a soul-nourishing workshop designed to help you release, realign, and return to yourself.

Join us in this new, beautiful, spacious studio as we journey through...

🌿 Cacao Ritual: open your heart with a gentle ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to ground your energy and set intentions.

🧘 Yin Yoga: ease into long-held, floor-based poses to create space in the body, iron out the fascia, and calm in the mind. All levels welcome, with plenty of props and modifications.

🌙 Yoga Nidra: drift into deep conscious rest with a guided meditation that supports nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner peace.

🔔 Sound Bath: we'll close our journey wrapped in soothing soundscapes from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments to integrate and restore.

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and soften... whether you're feeling depleted, energized, or somewhere in between... leave feeling renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed)
• Blanket, eye pillow, comfy layers, or anything else that helps you feel cozy
• Journal & pen (optional)
• An open heart
