A Taste of…
Beginner-friendly workshops that give you a taste of different rhythms and movement styles. Curious about a new dance or not sure where to start? These classes are perfect. Experienced dancers — come welcome new folks and share what you love!

Playful, style-expanding workshops for dancers who already know the foundations of at least one of the styles. Expect tools to deepen connection, spark creativity, and expand your movement approach.
