Join the Head Coach and Co-Owner of Get Bent Training for a guided mobility and breathwork class designed to help you move and feel better in your body.
We’ll focus on opening up the hips, shoulders, and ankles, plus incorporate diaphragmatic breathing to support nervous system regulation and recovery.

✨ This class is great for most people—whether you're active, dealing with stiffness, or just looking to feel good before starting your Sunday.

✨ Soft astro turf surface + loaner mats available
