This training program provides an introduction to Pranahuti Supported Meditation (PSM).

This is a comprehensive self-contained spiritual practice that aims to assist a person to evolve into cosmic consciousness. The system uses the process of Yogic Transmission by a competent trainer to assist individual practitioner to grow and transform.
