FWG Hikes the Oakland Redwoods

oin Family Wellness this Saturday, as we return to hike in the beautiful Oakland Redwoods. This is a moderate hike should take no longer than 2.5 hours to complete.

We will start at the Skyline Gate Staging Area.
It is a 6.4 mile hike with a couple of steep hills and about 800 feet in elevation gain. Please bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Difficulty: Moderate/Hard
Length: 6.2 miles
Duration: 2.5 hours

Please be on time! We will leave promptly at 8:45am.
The purpose of this hike is to promote good health and wellness. It is not meant to be your only source of physical activity/cardio workout. We strongly encourage that you work out and get more physical activity at least 2-3 more times during the week
