Free Community Yoga Class
Experience Yoga Sculpt with Monica Kessler. Join us at Yoga H’om for a special free community yoga class this September, led by Monica Kessler, our experienced Yoga Sculpt Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity to try Yoga Sculpt, a dynamic and invigorating class that combines vinyasa yoga with strength training. You'll utilize light weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio bursts to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism.
What to Expect
Yoga Sculpt is an intense, full-body fitness class designed for those who are injury-free and have some experience in yoga and exercise. However, the class can be tailored to your needs, and it can be done without weights if you prefer.
What to Bring
Lightweight hand weights (optional, some weights are provided at the studio), Yoga mat, Towel, Water bottle with a secure lid to keep you hydrated throughout the session
