Chair Yoga at the Garden

Brenda Pulice from Yoga H’Om will lead sessions aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection. Pittsburgh Botanic Garden’s peaceful gardens and woodlands provide an excellent environment to focus and immerse yourself in this practice. Chair Yoga at the Garden is suitable for adults and is especially good for those with mobility issues or those recovering from an injuries. There will be a mix of seated in a chair poses and standing poses using the chair for balance. Everyone will be encouraged to work within their abilities. This class is open to individuals of all levels of yoga experience.

Please check in at Bayer Welcome Center before each class. These classes will be held in the Welcome Center Classroom or outdoors if the weather is good. Pre-registration is required at the Garden. Call or visit their website. PittsburghBotanicGarden.org, or Guest Services at 412-444-4464.
