At East Tennessee Mentorship Association, we believe true healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselvesโseen, heard, and held in compassion. Thatโs why weโve created a new kind of gathering space rooted in radical presence and deep inner authority.
Sovereignty Circles are biweekly (๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐-๐๐ฉ๐ฆ) drop-in gatherings designed to support adults (18+) on a journey of self-awareness, personal responsibility, and authentic connection. Whether you're just beginning your inner work or youโve been walking this path for years, you are welcome here.
โจ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ:
-We begin with a short grounding meditation to connect inward
-Each person is invited to check in and share from the heartโwithout interruption or advice
-We practice sacred listening in silence, offering presence not advice
-We close with intention setting and three minutes of collective stillness
This is not group therapy or a space for debateโit's a practice of being, not doing. No topic is too big or too small. This is a space to be witnessed and to witness others in the fullness of their humanity.

We created Sovereignty Circles because we believe that self-leadership and communal presence are medicine in a world that often demands masks and performance. This is a space for slowing down, listening deeplyโboth to yourself and othersโand reclaiming your personal power in a community that honors you exactly as you are.

Sovereignty โ living in integrity with your truth, trusting your intuition, and taking full responsibility for your pathโwhile honoring and respecting the sovereignty of others.
This is about learning to lead ourselves with compassion, and witnessing others doing the sameโwith curiosity, not judgment. All are welcome who can show up with openness, kindness, and respect for the sacredness of each personโs journey.
Whether you're sitting with grief, joy, uncertainty, healing, or growthโthis circle is a place to belong.
