Life gets loud. Stress builds. We disconnect—from our bodies, emotions, and spirit. That’s where mindfulness comes in.
Mindfulness is the practice of compassionate, nonjudgmental awareness in the present moment. It helps us slow down, regulate our nervous systems, and reconnect—with ourselves and something deeper.
This drop-in offering is for anyone seeking more calm, clarity, and connection. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating overwhelm, or just craving a moment of peace—this practice meets you where you are.
Each session is a standalone experience, guided by the needs of the group. Expect to learn and experience grounding practices, breath work, reflection, and a variety of fun effective mindfulness practices.
Led by Kayden, a trauma-informed mentor who weaves mindfulness into their personal and professional healing work. Hot tea provided. Come as you are.
