Yoga in the Park (July 2025)

Join us for a free monthly community outdoor yoga class in Bent Oak Park this summer! This class is designed with beginners in mind so everyone can feel comfortable and participate. The class will focus on slow intentional movement, gentle stretches, breathwork, and relaxation. It will be perfect for resetting and recharging. Please remember to bring your yoga mat and water.
We do ask that you register for each session you plan to attend. There will also be a waiver emailed to you once you sign up. If you have any questions, please call 816-690-4003.
