Our first session, Beyond the Scale, explores how nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle choices influence women’s physical and emotional health.

Led by an expert professional, this interactive talk will help you understand how everyday habits, mindset, and diet can improve balance, energy, and overall wellbeing.
