Axle FTOH for reps
In a head to head format
Athletes will have 75s to complete as many reps as possible.
Women will be lifting with standard bumper plates (9inch pick up)
Men with the giant Mira fit plates (13inch pick up)

Deadlift for reps in 60s
Using deadlift bars. All Straps allowed. Suits allowed for inters and opens only.
No hooks or sumo allowed.

INTERS WOMEN. 140kg

EVENT 3
Yoke in to sandbag load (x2)
Carry a yoke 15m down the course, run back, get a sandbag and load over yoke. Then repeat the process once. 75s limit.
