EVENT 1

AXLE DEADLIFT FOR REPS.

Athletes will do as many deadlifts as possible in 60 seconds. Straps allowed, suits allowed, no hooks or sumo. 

weights in respective categories: 120kg/140kg/200kg/230kg

EVENT 2

AXLE CLEAN AND PRESS FOR REPS

Sticking with the axle, athletes will clean and press as many times as possible in 60s. All cleans are allowed and grip tops. 

WEIGHTS IN RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES: 45kg/55kg/80kg/100kg

EVENT 3

FARMERS WALK 3 x 12m 

Athletes have 60seconds to carry the farmers as fast as possible between the 12 metre markers. Distance measured if not completed.

Weights in respective categories: 60kg/70kg/90kg/110kg

EVENT 4

DUCK WALK 2 x 10m and finish on a stair load in 60s 

Athletes will carry the ducks across the course, drop and turn breaking the line and carry back and load on to a 17.5 inch step in the fastest time possible. Distance measured if not completed.

Weights in respective categories: 70kg/80kg/130kg/150kg

EVENT 5

SANDBAG CARRY AND LOAD OVER YOKE

Athletes will carry their sandbag 8 metres to their yoke and proceed to load over as many times as possible in 60s. Most reps wins. 

Weights in respective categories: 50kg/60kg/100kg/120kg

ALL ATHLETES ENTRY IS NON REFUNDABLE. EVENTS AND WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PARKING AT VENUE IS PAYABLE BUT ONLY £1 IF DONE ON THE DAY.
