Wednesday Wellness Walk

Join us every Wednesday from 7:30am to 8:30am for a relaxed, social walk through Worrigee Nature Reserve. We’ll meet at 7:25am near 119 Quinns Lane, South Nowra (there’s plenty of free parking) and head off at 7:30am sharp. Ideally suited for people in their 50s, but adults of all ages are very welcome. There’s no rushing and no pressure — just an easy pace and good company.

As we wander through the bush, we’ll enjoy fresh air, birds singing and the morning sunlight while gently moving our bodies. Along the way, we can chat about health, wellbeing and life in general, sharing ideas and experiences if it feels right. Walking side by side creates a natural space for conversation, connection and a clearer head.

This is also a one-hour digital detox. To make the most of the experience, we kindly ask that phones and devices be left behind or switched off during the walk. Please note there are no toilet facilities on site, and as this is an outdoor event it may be cancelled if the weather isn’t kind.
