Registration is open for the Fall 2025 School Year Wellness Workshops for girls in 4th and 5th Grades!
The School Year Wellness Workshops are an amazing experience for girls to develop essential life skills while having fun making new friends.
This outstanding program has served over 1900 girls in Sonoma and Marin counties. This workshop is open to girls from ALL different schools in the area and is one aspect making this workshop series great as new friendships form beyond your daughter’s typical friendship network.
Each workshop focuses on our 8 core foundations we believe all girls benefit to learn about to live well including:
🌟Increasing self-esteem and confidence
🌟Developing healthy coping skills
🌟Understanding technologies impact
🌟Nurturing a positive body
🌟Decreasing stress and anxiety
🌟Making wise decisions
🌟Enjoying nutrition for life
🌟Finding joy in movement
In our small group environment, with a maximum of twelve participants, girls will develop meaningful connections and receive individualized attention.
This workshop series is for ALL girls who are open to making new friends, having a really great time, and growing and is located at Pleasant Valley Elementary School in Novato.
Through a variety of activities, including games, crafts, and discussions, girls will learn tools to work through friendship challenges, how to deal healthfully with stress and anxieties, and so much more!
Program goes from September 17-December 17, 2025 from 3:15-4:30PM each week.
