Twisted Onion Promotions presents a night of Twisted Techno featuring live sets from Nottingham's Filter Sequence and Birmingham's The Ague. DJs on the night are Ekcoe and Mark Allen.
Filter Sequence (Live)
Nottingham producer Filter Sequence’s live show covers everything from indietronica through to acid house, rave, balearic beats and dub. His sound is influenced by the music he was hearing in fields and clubs during the period 1988 – 1994. Filter Sequence uses synths, samplers, drum machines, live vocals and a 303 to create a right ravey knees up!
The Ague (Live)
The Ague is a Techno artist from Birmingham, England. The Ague crafts beats, tones, bass lines out of thin air. Everything is random, nothing is set. Once tunes are born, they are exploited, then discarded.
Mark Allen (DJ Set)
The legendary Mark Allen from Crate Digger Radio will be playing his characteristic 303 sound covering all corners of the acid spectrum. Mark has graced many nights over the years with his impecable sets including a residency at Downfall as well as sets at The Lestival and beyond.
DJ Ekcoe B2B Filter Sequence (Exclusive Vinyl DJ Set)
Nottingham's Ekcoe has been influenced over the years by the likes of Sasha, Digweed and Anthony Pappa. Eckoe could often be found in Venus, Renaissance and Progress bitd! Eckoe has recently played alongside the likes of Awesome 3 and Altern-8.
In addition to his live performance, Filter Sequence will also be performing an exclusive vinyl DJ set B2B with Ekcoe.
