SRG Trail Run - Ploughman Wood - 4miler

This months trail version of SRG takes us somewhere brand new…

Ploughman Wood - between Lambley & Woodborough.

Recce complete, nice little route that’s a bit under 4 miles long and all but the first and last 100 metres are off road.

One significant climb on the way out, but other than that it’s a few undulations around the woods.

The ground should be hard and sure footed despite the rain we’ve just had, so we expect it’ll be similar Friday.

Usual Social Run rules apply… we’ll take it easy and have plenty of stops along the way to keep everyone together.

All OK for refreshments in The Woodlark afterwards - they’re happy for a bunch of sweaty runners to rehydrate after the run … no problem at all!

There’s on street parking so PLEASE park considerably

If there isn’t much street parking left, you could park on the main road through Lambley and run up.
