Group healing magic is a deeply healing event for a small group of people using a range of healing practices designed to be tailored to each of the group members' unique healing needs on the evening. For this particular event, we will be using shamanic healing & shamanic reiki practices.
The evening will draw in the healing energies of the season - in this case the energies of the taking stock and releasing of the autumn as we enter the phase of darker nights and shorter days.
The evening includes a range of possible energy healing modalities which will chosen based on the energy of the participants on the night:
- Shamanic drum healing with possible shamanic sound cleanse (which includes the use of a shamanic rattle, rain shaker and chimes or singing bowls)
- A shamanic breath practice
- A short period of hands on/off Shamanic Reiki healing for each person in the group with the possible use of shells, stones, plant cuttings or other objects from nature
- A guided shamanic healing journey
- There may also be a healing chant/song depending on energies of the session.
There will be time for tuning in, sensing, or reading, of individuals' energy as the session unfolds and this influences the offering of hands on healing and the group guided shamanic journey.
Individuals can choose whether or not they would like hands laid on their head/body as part of the Reiki healing or whether they would prefer a hands off approach.
Individuals can choose to lie down on thick yoga mats (available to borrow) or remain seated on a chair or meditation cushion for the session or indeed they can change position part way through to suit their own needs and comfort.
