We can’t wait to welcome you to the beautiful beaches of Nosara, Costa Rica! Get ready to feel rejuvenated, strong, empowered, and confident at our 100-Hour Hot Pilates Teacher Training Retreat. We are so excited to offer this special opportunity to learn how to teach this dynamic, strengthening, low-impact, high-intensity class! This unique method blends Pilates principles with functional movement and mobility training to create a powerful and soulful experience. Each class is a powerful experience guiding students through intentional and creative sequences that help strengthen the body from the inside out, improve stability, mobility, breath, and the mind-to-muscle connection, align the postural muscles, and awaken a deeper connection to the body.
Daily Schedule:
Morning practice: 6:30AM-8AM
Breakfast: 8:30AM
Afternoon Teacher Training, Modules and Partner Practice: 11:30AM-2PM
Lunch: 2:30PM
Evening Teacher Training, Modules, and Practice: 4:00PM-6:30PM
Dinners: will either be offered on own or we can explore Nosara’s local cuisine as a group!
About the Resort:
Norte Nosara’s private and secluded thatched-roof bungalows are scattered amongst the property and are designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The thoughtful fusion of modern style and tropical elements provides an intimate but expansive setting that encourages rest and relaxation. The building materials are sourced from sustainable materials such as wood, stone, and bamboo in an effort to be conscious of their native surroundings, while also strengthening the human connection to the natural world. This symbiotic relationship helps to reduce stress, promote a feeling of calm, and improve overall well-being.
Each room features a private entrance and a secluded outdoor seating area surrounded by tropical palm trees. Sink into a comfortable king-size or twin-size bed made up with high-quality linens and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Amenities include hot water, air conditioning, biodegradable bath products, a small refrigerator as well as a safe to keep your valuables. The cabanas feel private and peaceful, yet they are all only steps away from the unique lagoon-style pool with a waterfall and bar area, the covered Movement Sanctuary, and the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean.
