WORKSHOP: Kali - the Goddess of Balance & Transformation

Jaylene will retell the story of Kali and where some of her many famous poses and portraits hail from, followed by a mystical yoga practice based around Kali herself.

You will leave feeling empowered toward balance and change, with a greater knowledge of the 5,000 year old historical deity that inspires us to honor Shakti (divine feminine); the cycles of life; and the beauty of transformation through destruction.
