Self defense Class

Registration is now open for this month's Strong Women self-defense class.

Join us on Friday, May 23, for a free and empowering self-defense session designed for women ages 13 and up who reside in Chenango County. This special class is made possible through a collaboration with expert instructors from the Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy.
