Mirrors & Muses The Art of Emily Wangerin

Saturday, August 16, 2025, attend the opening reception of Mirrors and Muses, a look at the strength and beauty of femininity created by Emily Wangerin! This stunning exhibit will feature beautiful portraits and mirrors. Explains Wangerin, "Mirrors and Muses" is a portrait-based art exhibit designed to explore and celebrate the diverse experiences of womanhood and the enduring power of feminine identity. The exhibit will feature a series of painted portraits, each representing different themes tied to empowerment, vulnerability, and self expression. These portraits aim to highlight the stories, emotions, and strength that define women in all walks of life — from quiet confidence to bold defiance, from nurturing to unapologetic independence." Join us in the Mariea Brown and Raymond Loft Galleries! Wine and refreshments provided by The Cottage Bakery. Live music performed by Rick Zimmerman with special thanks to Preferred Mutual.
