This workshop is your opportunity to pause and reflect on June. To celebrate your wins, acknowledge your lessons, and gain a clear sense of focus for July.
Together, we’ll create a mindful space to explore your goals and aspirations, surrounded by like-minded people who value growth and positivity.
We encourage participation in the workshop, getting to know others and sharing any community events you know of that others may want to get involved in!
Please bring a pen and your journal (or paper). If you forget, there will be some available for you to use.
💬 You are welcome to stay until 7pm to mingle with others and relax!

🧥 This room Is outside, so please dress appropriately to keep yourself warm. We will not be effected by rain as there is a roof when required
No journaling experience needed. A basic journal can also be purchased.
