Archive Day

A former railway employee has presented this sign to the Town Council. It is from the Whitlingham signal box. Two town cllrs and History Group Committee members, Dale Wiseman and Roger Pointer are going to restore the sign. Suggestions are invited as to where it should be displayed once it has been restored.

Next Saturday the 21st, at the St Andrews Centre 2 p.m., we are having our archive day. We will bring selected items from the archive and members of the public are invited to bring any of their own historic items to show us.
