Connecting Your Values - Explore What Really Matters with Susi Bauer

Feeling a bit stuck, unmotivated or unsure what really matters to you? Explore your values to start making some changes in your life!

In this free, interactive session, we’ll explore what truly matters to you (not what you or others think should matter). Understanding your values can give you a clearer sense of direction, help with tricky decisions, and make it easier to spot what already works well in your life. It’s also a great foundation if you’re starting therapy, coaching, or thinking about changes.

Expect a gentle, reflective space, plenty of prompts, and a chance to connect with yourself and others.

All of our activities and workshops are kindly donated by each of the practitioners for the benefit of the community.

This means that luckily for us, all of the tickets are FREE of charge.

If you'd like to donate however, there will be a collection box & card reader available at The Undercroft Gallery on your given activity date.

All of the donations will go directly to your workshop host as a thank you for helping us make this festival possible!
