About Abby
I have been practicing Astanga vinyasa yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2000. I have studied with some of the best and most senior teachers of the method including; John Scott, Lucy Crawford, Hamish Hendry of Ashtanga Yoga London and many more. I spent time at in Mysore in 2006 and was guided into the intermediate series by Sharath..
My approach to the practice is inclusive and honours each individual and their particular physicality. My many years of study, practice and teaching mean I have an in-depth understanding not only of the moving body, but the intricacies and framework of the practice.
My aim with these workshops is to make the traditional practice of Astanga Vinyasa yoga as accessible and relevant as possible given our busy modern lives and lifestyles. All are welcome.
