Restorative Community Training

An experiential workshop to learn the philosophy behind restorative community and hands on skills to practice creating restorative community with others. Learn to create a sense of belonging and inclusivity, practice methods to make group decision making more effective, and how to host community conversations where people are better prepared to listen to diverse voices in a mindful and respectful way.
