Join us in completing the Memorial Day Murph starting promptly at 9 a.m.! This hero workout is a true test of endurance and a powerful way to connect with our community while honoring the sacrifice of Lt. Michael P. Murphy. The workout can be performed as written or split up the movements into "rounds" to complete. The workout can also be performed with a partner working together to complete all of the work. 😃
