Cardio Drumming at The Flower Farm

Get ready to sweat, smile, and bloom at the flower farm! Join us for a one-of-a-kind event combining the excitement of cardio drumming with the creativity of our build your own bouquet bar.

We’ll kick things off with an upbeat, full-body cardio drumming workout led by Tara Move with Struve. The workout is designed to boost your energy, release stress and get you moving to the rhythm of fun, feel-goof music. No experience needed- just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to drum it out!

After your workout, cool down and head to the flower bar, where you’ll create your own custom bouquet using fresh blooms straight from our farm.
