Yoga Afternoon at Heaton Bldg

Join me for yoga in the beautiful Heaton building in downtown Norton. Enter through NE gallery door. We will practice in the gallery overlooking the courthouse. The hour will be devoted to a series of stretching and strengthening yoga poses which will be ideal for decompressing stress and a great practice for all levels. Let me know if you need a mat-I have extra if needed. $5 appreciated! Bring those yoga pants to yoga!
