Swaffham Gong Bath Meditation with Emrys Skye Sunday 31st August 2025

We continue this popular series of events when we shall further delve into the powerful use of sacred sound to create a space where frequency, sound and vibration gently tease the body to relax and restore. Please come along to be a part of this growing happiness. We shall further delve into the various frequency opportunities to calm the logical thinking, bringing forward our creative juices for an evening of intuitive healing opportunities. We recommend you bring additional mats, blankets and cushions for a cosy and toasty enhancement. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
