This intimate workshop is designed to awaken the writer within by guiding participants through a series of short, powerful sound journeys, using gong, dragon frequency tubes, and drum to clear mental clutter, energize the imagination, and unlock the intuitive voice.
Surrounded by books and the silent wisdom they hold, each sound session acts as a threshold: moving from the external world into deeper inner landscapes where ideas and stories dwell.
What to Expect: Opening Circle & Intention Setting We begin by grounding into the space and setting personal creative intentions.
Sacred Sound Sessions A series of guided sound immersions:
Gong Bath: Dissolve tension and shift brainwaves into meditative states.
Dragon Frequency Tubes: Activate subtle energy fields and awaken visionary perception.
Rhythmic Drum Journey: Stir the subconscious and summon imagery and memory.
Each sound session is followed by a brief writing period.
Creative Writing Windows After each sound experience, participants are invited to write freely, exploring images, words, or sensations that arise. No pressure to share, just an invitation to play, listen, and create.
Closing Circle & Reflection We conclude by reflecting on the writing process, discussing insights, and optionally sharing excerpts.
