Come join us for a fun and energizing Pilates class followed by a refreshing beverage at Prost Brewing Company! This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and socialize while getting a great workout in.

Details: Items to bring are a mat and we suggest a water bottle and to dress in athletic stretch clothing you are able to fully move in. Arrive at 9:45am to secure your spot on the back lawn (artificial turf) and class begins promptly at 10:00am. Class is 50 minutes and afterwards you will receive a drink ticket to enjoy a beverage ($10 maximum & non-alcohol items available) with your fellow attendees!
