Co-Journaling Hour

In this weekly, one-hour class, you'll be gently led through thought-provoking prompts and creative exercises designed to help you explore your inner landscape, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.

The accountability and dedicated time can support you in your writing, while the guided session can give you a variety of different inspirations. Being away from the distractions of your home or office can also help to clear your mind and allow you to focus on yourself. Whether you’re new to journaling or looking to refresh your practice, this class offers a supportive, mindful space to express your thoughts and emotions.
