The Sanctuary Monthly Men's Circle

Men's Circle is a supportive group where men come together to help each other in all aspects of life. You will have time to talk, be heard and receive feedback (if desired) in a kind and understanding environment. The circle is confidential. We typically meet the 4th Monday of each month. The group is co-facilitated by Jeremy and Michael.

What This Group Is And Is Not:
This is a safe and welcoming container to uplift, support and connect with each other. It's also a place to share, be heard and receive the group energy. If you would like feedback or advice from group members it will only be offered if clearly asked. This is also a space where you are welcome to attend and just listen. You are not required to share anything.

The facilitators of this group are not therapists. As such, this is not a therapy group. If you are seeking a therapy group- please reach out to a trained therapist or visit Psychology Today.
