Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps clear stagnant energy, so you can tap into your inner power and self-love. Join Tara for this high-intensity, intuitively-led all levels flow with bass-pumping music incorporating primal movements, plyometrics, deep core engagement, and chakra clearing to open your wild heart and free your mind.
