In times of uncertainty and upheaval, tending to our inner world becomes both a refuge and a quiet act of resilience. Restore & Radiate is an invitation to step away from the noise, gather in community, and reconnect with the steady light within. 

We’ll begin with a calming, grounding candlelight restorative practice designed to gently release tension from the body and soothe the nervous system. Supported by props and long-held postures, you’ll be guided into deep rest - allowing the mind to settle and the heart to soften. 

From this place of spaciousness, we’ll transition into a guided lovingkindness (metta) meditation, cultivating compassion for ourselves, for one another, and for all beings everywhere. Together, we’ll practice resting as a form of resistance - choosing presence over reactivity, care over depletion, and connection over isolation. 

Come as you are. Leave replenished, steady, and ready to radiate your light into a world that deeply needs it.
