About the event

Parent & Me: Move & Breathe at The Sanctuary (Ages 3-10)

2nd Sunday of each month 10:30-11:30am (except Nov.- 3rd Sunday)
Led by Kelly Wantuch
Sliding scale ($10-$20) per parent/child.

Have fun, move and breathe while we explore a variety of yoga poses, movement games and dance to help strengthen our bodies, focus our minds and build the parent/child bond. Class will consist of a warm up circle, games, partner poses, storytime and more!

All caregivers welcome. Mats Available.
