The Sanctuary Monthly Women's Circle

Come join us with all that you are and all that you carry as we celebrate the wins and hold space for the losses through a monthly sacred women’s circle integrating meditation, pranayama, chanting, envisioning, reflective and intentional journaling, oracle card wisdom, moon offerings, embodiment practices, & a deep co-created community connection. The circle is confidential. Please note this offering is provided generously. Donations are appreciated. Recommended donation of $15-$25. Thank you!

What This Group Is And Is Not:
This is a safe and welcoming container to uplift, support and connect with each other. It's also a place to share, be heard and receive the group energy. This is not a space to offer advice, rescue, fix or judge each other. The understanding is that we have our beautiful wise women inside of us, so this is a place to practice self-trust and deep listening. This is a safe space to share in a raw and vulnerable way and to be seen and heard and then 'let it be'. If you would like feedback or advice from group members it will only be offered if clearly asked. This is also a space where you are welcome to attend and just listen. You are not required to share anything.
