Just two blocks from the Downtown Northfield Riverwalk Market this gentle 40-minute sound experience features harmonizing tones from crystal bowls chimes gongs and other sound healing instruments. Guided meditation and breathwork will lead you inward offering space to set intentions and align with the energy you wish to carry into your day. A perfect way to begin your Saturday morning.

Afterward take a short stroll to the market and enjoy fresh coffee baked goods seasonal produce flowers and a variety of local vendors.
