Drift into deep relaxation at our poolside sound bath, Waves & Vibrations, held at Northbrook Sports Center the evening of June 20.

Let the soothing rhythm of crystal singing bowls, chimes and gentle water acoustics wash over you as you lounge by the water’s edge.

The combination of sound healing and the calming embrace of water creates a unique sensory experience, promoting deep rest, clarity, and balance. Available to ages 13 and over.
