Women’s Wellbeing Evening at Salcey Forest

Join us for a magical evening of connection and calm in the heart of Salcey Forest. This special event is dedicated to women’s wellbeing and will include:

A gentle Yoga practice to ground and restore

A soothing Sound Bath to relax and rejuvenate

An Introduction to Cacao, the heart-opening plant medicine

As the sun sets through the trees, we’ll gather in nature, reconnecting with ourselves and each other in a serene woodland setting.
