MAY 🍃
As parents and carers, we spend so much time focusing on our children’s growth that we often forget to acknowledge our own.
This month (May) we reflect on how far we’ve come and practice gratitude for the little wins, the moments of connection, and the strength we find daily through a simple craft activity (optional).
❤️
Wellbeing and Wavelengths are ADULT ONLY offerings due to nature of workshop. We all need child-free time and this is why we created these yummy monthly restorative sessions.
We say drop in to rise up, as we are a positive space for uplifting you, so please your worries and whinges at the door and come on in to the Wellbeing Room.
Free to attend but donations welcomed. If you could please click GOING to give us an indication of how many art and crafts supplies to bring, that would be amazing, just like you. 💫

Each month, our Wellbeing and Wavelengths sessions offer SEND parents a space to pause, connect, and recharge through creativity and self-care. Rooted in the natural cycles of the year, these sessions provide gentle, accessible craft activities that encourage mindfulness and personal growth.
Whether you are looking to take time out for you, learn a new self care tool, enjoy a moment of creative expression or just have a hot drink made for you, each session is designed to nurture your wellbeing in a supportive community.
These monthly Drop-In to Rise-Up uplifting sessions are brought to you in collaboration with SENDS 4 Dad, a community-run support group for dads and male carers who have a child with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Wellbeing and Wavelengths are free to attend (donations welcome), thanks to funding from Northamptonshire Community Foundation. Our funding helps us to enable all SEND parents and carers to be able to access tools for their own health and wellbeing regardless of financial or social status.
