VIDAM Bi-Weekly

VIDAM is a special movement experience where together we are crafting a space of collective focus
thru Movement and Witnessing. We are paying attention to our practice of Contact Improvisation within an environment focussed on composition.

This is an INCLUSIVE SPACE:

We Welcome BIPOC, trans, non-binary, variously abled individuals - and any people who are experiencing the daily labor of a marginalized identity.
