At Huddle & Bliss, we know how vital good-quality rest is for mums, dads, and babies alike. Babies (and toddlers) have very different sleep cycles to adults — waking at night for both comfort and nutritional needs is not only normal, it’s developmentally appropriate.
But that doesn’t mean you’re powerless. Small, gentle tweaks to routines and sleep environments can make a big difference — supporting your baby’s development and giving the whole family more rest.
