The menopause is a natural part of life for most women, and for some, it can arrive a little earlier than expected. A few months ago, I mentioned the idea of a monthly get-together for anyone going through menopause at any stage — and it’s finally happening!
This will be a relaxed, friendly space to chat with other women who understand what you’re going through. We’ll share experiences, tips that helped (and those that didn’t!), and simply support one another over a cuppa ��
