When you join one of our Bedale groups you get so much support to help not only with your weight loss but also when you achieve target to help you to stay there for life .

You chose how much of the support you need … and I will ensure group is here week in week out to make it available for you .

Join us on Tuesday 6th Jan for our special ‘fresh start’ sessions add within just a few weeks you will notice the difference .
