Journal Flow is like a yoga class but with your journal.
All you have to do is show up to class in order to leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
Journal Flow is where we take a traditionally solo practice and make it a group activity (while maintaining our inner introverts’ boundaries)!
Journaling is one of those things that can be hard to get into—and hard to find your flow in.
Let me help you find your flow!
Some attend weekly, some monthly, some as they need and can :)
Any way you do it is the right way.
The BIG question is: are you an overthinker with a favorite pen?

-Your own journal & pen/pencil (loose paper and pens will also be available)
