What to Expect: Down Regulation & Regeneration is a deeply restorative 9D Breathwork journey designed to guide you into your body’s natural healing state. Through conscious, guided breathing, soothing soundscapes, and supportive tools like hypnotherapy and visualization, you’ll begin to soften tension, release emotional buildup, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.

This is breathwork for your parasympathetic system—the “rest and digest” part of your body that often gets overlooked in a high-speed world. It’s slow, intentional, and nourishing. You don’t need to push or perform. You’re invited to simply receive.
